Last week marked a memorable occasion for PKF Brenson Lawlor, as we had the pleasure of welcoming Felix Frauendorf, Senior Consultant at PKF Fasselt, through PKF’s “One Week More” programme.
The One Week More initiative gives PKF professionals around the world the opportunity to extend their overseas holidays by spending an additional week working from a fellow PKF member firm’s office. It’s a fantastic way to strengthen international connections and experience the local culture and workplace environment of our global network.
Felix joined us from PKF Fasselt’s Cologne office in Germany, adding an extra week after his holiday to spend time at our new Ballsbridge, Dublin premises:
“I had the opportunity to spend a week at PKF Brenson Lawlor getting to know the new office premises and the working atmosphere. There was an interesting exchange with my friendly colleagues about the differences between the German and Irish tax systems as well as the work culture. During the week, I learned a lot about PKF Brenson Lawlor and introduced PKF Fasselt to them to network even better in the future.”

When asked about his experience in Ireland, Felix shared:
“During my extended week-long stay, I had the chance to visit various museums and pubs, which I really enjoyed. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience of getting to know PKF Brenson Lawlor and Dublin.”
We were delighted to host Felix and appreciate him taking the time to work alongside us during his stay. We hope to welcome him back again soon — bis bald, mein Freund!
