PKF Brenson Lawlor Advises Petal Group in securing a €16m investment from Quintas Capital

PKF Brenson Lawlor is pleased to announce that we acted as corporate finance advisers to Petal Group in securing a €16m investment from Quintas Capital, marking an important milestone in the Group’s continued expansion in the online floral gifting and e-commerce market.

Petal Group, founded by Garreth Knowd, operates a portfolio of leading online flower and gifting brands, including Flowers.ie, FlowersDirect.ie, BloomMagic.ie, and Flowers.ae.The business has built a strong presence across Ireland and the UAE, combining premium floral design, same-day delivery, and a proprietary technology platform that supports logistics, customer service, and fulfilment efficiency.

This investment represents Quintas Capital’s first Managed Equity transaction, signalling increasing investor confidence in scalable, technology-led consumer platforms. The additional capital will support Petal Group in its next stage of growth, including expansion into new markets, investment into sustainable sourcing andsupply chain initiatives, and continued innovation in the online gifting space.

Commenting on the deal, Garreth Knowd highlighted the strategic value of the partnership:

“I am excited to be working with Kevin and the team at Quintas Capital and remaining as shareholder on the next journey for the companies. Kevin was very focused on getting the right mix of value-add investors involved in Petal, some of whom will work closely with us on the Board.”

This transaction reflects the continued appetite for digital-first, vertically integrated consumer brands, as well as Ireland’s evolving role in scaling international e-commerce businesses.

PKF Brenson Lawlor’s Corporate Finance team was led by Jason Bradshaw and Gordon Wilson.

We would like to congratulate Garreth and the entire Petal Group team and wish them continued success as they enter the next chapter of their growth journey.
