Presenting the winner of the PKF Brenson Lawlor "Young Pharmacist of The Year" award

The Irish Pharmacy Awards, an annual event celebrating excellence and innovation within community pharmacy, honours the outstanding contributions of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pharmaceutical assistants, and pharmacy teams.

 

PKF Brenson Lawlor is delighted to sponsor the "Young Pharmacist of The Year" award again this year. This is an award that recognizes the hard work, talent, and dedication of young pharmacists across the Republic of Ireland.

 

“It has become evident that pharmacists are integral to Ireland's healthcare system, serving as essential members of every community. We are proud to select the best of the best amongst the new generation of pharmacists and reward their unwavering commitment to take care of their patients,” says Jason Bradshaw (Partner, Corporate Finance) who attended the award ceremony on Saturday, May 24 at Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, Dublin.

 

The six finalists were:

  • Natasha Benjamin-Payne, McCabes Pharmacy, Kinsale, Co Cork
  • Grace Hegarty, Chemist Warehouse, Talbot Street, Dublin 1
  • Michaela O’Donovan, McCauley Pharmacy, Midleton, Co Cork
  • Meadhbh Honohan, Boots Pharmacy, Harold’s Cross, Dublin 6W
  • Conor Sweeney, Adrian Dunne Pharmacy, Trim, Co Meath

 

The winner - Meadhbh Honohan of Boots Pharmacy, Harold’s Cross - was presented an award by Jason Bradshaw on Saturday night. Congratulations Meadhbh and we are so delighted to support you in your career!
