Key Responsibilities:
• Use systems such as Sage, Collsoft, BrightPay, Glasscubes and Payzaar.
• Experience a large volume and/or multiple payrolls
• Experience processing registration of new employees for clients and assisting with registration for MyAccount
• Gain knowledge of relevant PRSI/Tax legislation/ BIK, share awards, pension, cycle to work and other voluntary and statutory deductions
• Process the monthly PAYE Submissions on ROS
• Carry out payroll reconciliations using Excel
• Process payment of net pay via EFT and Internet banking
• Provide secure payslips for all employees
Candidate Profile:
• We are seeking a candidate who is either currently pursuing or has a strong interest in undertaking professional payroll examinations (IPASS)
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines
• Enthusiastic and confident with the ability towork productively within a team.
• Previous work with confidential data and/or working in a regulated environment desirable.
• Excellent customer service with the ability to maintain and grow client relationships.
• Fluency in both written & spoken English
• Excellent IT skills with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
